Using GTES to help manage your apprentices and trainees is a cost effective way to save time and money, while providing your business with access to a valuable resource.

Our fee for service is minimal when you take into account the comprehensive list of services that are no longer burdening your staff or business. GTES will save you money, whilst providing your organisation with access to a valuable resource – time.

Over the last few years the quantity and complexity of apprentice paperwork and administration has increased significantly.  Meeting compliance with the Training Contract and ensuring the apprentice is receiving the correct training can be a significant burden to organisations.

As a significant employer of apprentices and trainees, we have experienced field and administrative staff who will ensure all Training Contract matters and compliance standards are met on time and throughout the period of the apprenticeship/traineeship program.

Employer Obligations

A Training Contract is a legally binding agreement between the employer and the employee which outlines the obligations each has to the other for the term of the apprenticeship/traineeship.

Apprenticeships and traineeships are a mix of off-the-job and on-the-job training, set in a real work environment. GTES works with you to ensure the apprentice or trainee has access to the full range of work required to develop the skills and knowledge they need to complete their training term.

If you are looking to employ an apprentice or trainee, GTES can help you get the right people for your business and mentor them for the duration of their training term.
