Key Responsibilities
Work alongside experienced professionals to assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of civil infrastructure, including electrical installations.
Learn to identify and solve construction-related issues efficiently, ensuring the safety and quality of projects.
Learn the operations of plant including 5 to 23-tonne excavators & Bobcats.
Install pits, compact trenches & install conduits.
Prioritise safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and the team.
Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and maintain a positive working atmosphere.

Be a reliable team player with a motivated attitude to contribute to our projects and achieve excellence.
Flexibility is essential. Embrace the variety in projects and be ready to travel when required.
Prioritise safety in all aspects of work, ensuring a secure environment for yourself and your team.
Good communication skills are essential to collaborate with team members and clients.
18 years of age, White card & driver's licence are a must for this role.
