Shortlist Candidates

Our Recruitment Specialist will manage all applicants and shortlist candidates for initial interviews

Initial Interview

Our Recruitment Specialist will interview candidates and shortlist for secondary interviews with the direct employer.

Pre-Employment Profile

Candidate will undergo a 45min pre-employment profile assessment, assessing literacy, numeracy skills, WHS and a general profile of candidate

Check References

Our Recruitment Specialist will check candidates references

Shortlist Candidates

After candidates undergo their pre-employment profile assessment and reference checks they are shortlisted to the employer

Secondary Interviews

Candidates to be put forward to employer for second round of interviews

Direct Employment

Candidate is directly employed with the employer

Pre-Employment Medical (optional)

The successful may need to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test
