    The successful applicant will be exposed to a wide range of duties within this high-paced role including; the preparation and cookery of a range of meals using high quality, locally sourced produce, maintenance of kitchen hygiene, food presentation and creative menu design. Upon completion of this 3 year apprenticeship you will receive a Certificate III in Hospitality – Commercial Cookery.

    To be successful in this position you must be willing to work nights and weekends, stand on feet for long periods of time and possess a ‘can do’ attitude, have excellent communication skills, be well presented and be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to learning all aspects of Commercial Cookery. A driver’s licence is preferred or must have own way of getting to and from work.

    The successful applicant will be physically fit, show commitment to the apprenticeship, have strong communication and math’s skills and hold a current driver’s licence, minimum of provisionals.     As an Apprentice Welder, you will be required to assist in the preparation, measurement and cutting of metal components, interpret drawings and plans, and produce a range of metal fabricated products.
    This will require the use of an assortment of tools and fabrication techniques including MIG welding, stick welding and oxy cutting. You will also receive valuable on-site experience in steel and metalwork installation.

    As a Trainee in Outdoor Power Equipment Technology your main responsibilities include; troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to servicing and repairs of a range of outdoor power equipment such as stationary petrol and diesel agricultural engines, pumps, ride on mowers, small construction equipment, chainsaws, lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.

    The successful applicant will:-
