    Apprentice Heavy Vehicle Mechanic - Griffith

    Throughout your 12 month traineeship you will be exposed to all aspects of administration, including reception and customer service. Upon completion you will attain a Business Services Certificate III.

    The successful applicant will be required to carry out a wide range of duties, including:

    • Raceday preparation
    • Day-to-day running of the office
    • Assisting the promotions and finance managers
    • Liaising with racing participants on raceday

    Knowledge of the following will be a distinct advantage:

    • Microsoft Office

    • Update stock list for artwork on display
    • Sell & process products solds

    • Social Media – update social media accounts for the Burraja Gallery

    • Dispatching and receiving of stock
    • Picking and processing orders

    To be successful in this role you will have strong computer skills, be able to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness. You must have good communication skills, be well presented, hold the ability to liaise with customers and co-workers and be mature-minded.
